What we offer here at Sukha Sangat Wellbeing is a space that allows you to go within and find  that inner joy & bliss that is your birthright. 

Our online space allows you  to attend live online classes 3 times a week in the comfort of your own little Zen Den.    

Tune in every Sunday morning with Susan or Lindsay for beautiful Kundalini Kriyas.


 Tuesday night we get to shake that energy out with Lindsay's Shakti Dance of yoga class which fires you up then brings you down with a deep relaxation ready to float off .

Monday evenings you can tune into Susans Kundalini energy and when the New moons are in synch with her classes she also brings in the magic of the moons energy with ceremony.

Paula Brings you plant healing classes using the power of herbs, essential oils & plant based food.  You can cook along with her live or tune into one of her demonstration classes in the Video Vault.

Kundalnini Yoga

It promotes a general sense of relaxation and well-being by balancing the glandular system. Shakti Dance of Yoga

There are many different dances across the world and shakti dance is increasing in popularity.. there are different types from warrior to wild.  However through my background as a kundalini yoga teacher I am drawn to this specific shakti dance below as it is a follow on from my kundalini teachings.

Shakti Dance is ‘The Yoga of Dance’, a unique Yogic System with a distinctive Self-empowering method and practice, created by Sara Avtar. It combines in Eight Phases a series of innovative practices and techniques, each embodying the active ingredient, “Swara Rasa”.

In Essence: Shakti Dance practice cultivates free, organic and creative expression of inner being. It massages and liberates the body and mind from deep blockages and conditioning, relaxing stress – opening out into a peaceful, aware state and a gracefully flowing life
